◈ --TO-BE-DONE-- ◈ For every 14 HP you lose, you will deal +33% Outgoing Damage for 2s (does not stack) ◈ 2.5% chance when dealing damage to activate Wet Noodle Ability for 10s * All enemies you hit will receive +1 stack * After 10s, all affected enemies will receive -0.25% HP for each stack they have (up to a max of 50% of their current health) ◈ For each player hit while your Wet Noodle Ability is active, the duration will increase by 2s (up to a maximum increase of 16s)
