(Initiates a "rush" for 10s allowing you to

build up to 3 stacks before bursting, causing the

following effects on nearby enemies for 10s:

* 1 Stack: Silence enemy Soul Enchants

* 2 Stacks: -10% Outgoing Damage

* 3 Stacks: Unable to use any Inventory Pet,

/feed, /fix or /heal)

Enemies will receive all the previous stack

effects up to the number of stacks obtained

Attach this mod to any Chestplate (Backpack)

to give it a specialty modification.

Drag n' Drop onto item to attach.

To remove, execute /removeitemmod.
