Royal Decree Ability

Chance to mark you as the King and nearby allies as

Nobles for 20s. Nobles gain stacks (up to 50 stacks)

when dealing or receiving damage. For each stack, all

Nobles within 5 blocks of the King will receive:

* +0.25 Outgoing Damage

* -0.5% Silence Duration

* +0.35% Outgoing Soul Enchant Damage

At max stacks, all Nobles will heal for 25% HP
