5 block Undertow Field for 15s. Enemies receive:

* +1 stack per second for 5s (max 3 stacks)

For each active stack:

* -1HP per second

* +3% Incoming Damage

* Phoenix Silence

* Inventory Pet Silence

You will receive

* Immune to Pets

* +3% Outgoing Soul damage per enemy stacks

Attach this mod to any Helmet

to give it a specialty modification.
